Simply pick up some live DockSide shrimp and bounce around the tracks, and make sure to have a big ice chest for all the puppy drum your going to catch along the bridge. Get on the down current side and carolina rig the live shrimp with a 1/2oz egg singer and bounce the live shrimp on a #6 treble up and down the bridge. Some times the fish will get far off the bridge on hard tides. Keep moving around and chum up the water if need be for the drum there out there and look for the big trout to move in when water temps get near 72 degrees.
