Although we have been catching a lot of big trout lately the days that they bite is only once in a while. Most days the Big Trout avoid us but when you do run into them they are very large and awesome to catch. The one thing that is consistent and everyday has been the limits of Drum from the Twin Span. If you do want to catch these big trout though you simply have to go to know and just because they weren’t there on a monday doesn’t mean you won’t catch 4 five pounders on thursday. What is great is that in the days you strike out with the trout the drum are always going to setting under the Twin Span waiting to be a secondary catch to the ever so illusive speckled trout.
