If you are looking for trophy fish with an opportunity to put one over the fire place pay close attention to the next paragraph. The time is finally here and I mean finally. After a long wait looking for the so called world series trout they decided to be more of thanksgiving trout. the trick is to stay put and grind. Wether or not you fish the trestle or the causeway you have to put your nose down and keep plugging. Finding pay dirt is simply not there but the average fish weighs about 2.75 lbs and the average flounder about the same. That is what most people call a 5 pounder so trust me thats a heck of an average. Trout up to 7lbs have been reported to be caught one buy Henry Porier and one by Capt. Bubby Lammy. Patience is the key and pay close attention to detail. Some days the fish are on the west side of bridge some days the east. The trollers tell you everything keep an eye on them they are great locators or simply troll your self.
