We fished the tracks on wed. In 15-25 mph winds. What the bridges act as is a barrier on a SE wind. U can always hug the trestle on the west side and use it to block the waves on ur way to the southshore. Once u get to the south end the land protects the waves. The ride is tough but Fishing the south end is protected. Also incoming tides are best in spring as they bring in a lot of bait and that’s what we have with hard SE winds. Wed. we made a quick morning trip and we had 8 nice trout and back for 930. Fun trip only going to get better as waters near 70 degrees.
