http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tEy9F3yRS84 Well its about time. Some warm and long spring days ahead and cold rainy and sleet days behind. What a tuff winter we had and how happy are all of us that spring is finally here. So far this spring it has been typical a few trout here and there on the better of weather days. Most trout around 17″. Focus on the bridges of course as we do every March but make sure not to forget about all the great shorelines the Lake has to offer. Nice trout are being caught up and down little woods shoreline along with the Irish Bayou shoreline. The Carr Dr. Shoreline is a great one but nasty bayou liberty water has that messed up at moment. Look for reds along the Big and Little Ceader shorelines and look for some big trout all the way to Cane Bayou shoreline on your way to the Causeway. When shoreline fishing play the winds and wind winds are light sneak out to the bridges. Look for things to be in full swing around March 20th until then catches of 5-25 nice trout will be common. Bait of Choice has been “Nightruese” Vortex and “Ultra Violet” Matrix on a 3/8 oz Golden eye head. Until next time: Good Fishing.
